    Dr. John Bergman has a similar view on illnesses as Michael here, and exposes illness as the result of the 3 stresses: "physical (bad air, pollutants, unatural food etc...), mental and emotional stress". Eliminate/correct the stresses to effect a cure or a betterment of your condition. He has many helpul videos on his youtube channel...if anyone is interested. This is for me the only sane way to look at it all. And......thank you Michael, once again.🙂 p.s.: for French speaking people you have Thierry Casasnovas

    I'm someone with very bad breathing habits ( lifetime mouth breather, bad habit of sucking air with a contricted throat, probably not help by small jaws and narrow nasal passage+ living in polluted town : Chiang mai😮‍💨). Love all your breathwork explanation and specially this bastrika: energizing and in the pause very calming for me; it also feels like I stopped breathing in those pauses, no more throat constriction: so relaxing!!!! If only I could keep that feeling going for 1/2 hour or more I think my meditation would become very easy and fruitful!!!Thank you Michael!

    This video really helps me to calm down...I do it every night and it had helped me with bells palsy and lupus and insomnia...it's a slow process but I am trying my best..

    Is the flexion or forward bend safe for women with osteopenia or osteoporosis? If not what is an equivalent ?

      @@AmandaK399 namaste Amanda, this spinal movement is a light exercise for the back and is relatively safe. Feel how it feels in your body, you can always choose to make the movement more subtle if something feels off - or even do the breathing without moving the spine. It would be a good idea to check in with a health professional or your doctor on what you can and can’t do with your conditions. However, such light exercise should usually put little to no strain on the body and be safe for most people. All the best with it! May the practices help your body to heal.     Please do a more detailed video on Kundalini awakening, how to prepare, what practices have to be done.....etc Its a very interesting subject with very less literature.. would like to here this from a real guru, rather than those who just bluff on the subject...🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Namaste David. This should be a safe and also complete sequence for most people, targeting all big muscle groups. For everyone, but even more so as we age, it is important to be mindful of the sensations in the body, to not go to deep or too strong in any of the movements. This sequence can be done daily, yet of course, it is also important to keep switching things up and add different types of movement. All the best, peace, love and blessings.

    There is no way for these exercises to come from Tibet. These exercises were brought to the public by Peter Kelder. But no one seems to have really read the book. Therefore, the exercises are displayed incorrectly by 99%. Bravo...to all these copy / past teachers...!

    At the 4th exercise, breathing must be very precise. When the body is on top, you hold the air for 2-3 seconds, straining the whole body .then exhale, back down and relax...and again. If you do it right, you will feel a heat wave all over your body. very importent!!!!
